Emotional balance Through gentle, natural support.

Bach Flower Remedies for Emotional Wellness

Bach Flower Remedies are a gentle, natural system designed to support emotional balance and inner harmony. They were developed by Dr Edward Bach, a British physician who believed that emotional wellbeing plays a key role in overall health.

As a Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner, I offer personalised consultations to support people who are experiencing emotional distress, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence or difficulty navigating life changes.
Bach Flower Remedies do not treat physical illness or diagnose conditions. Instead, they work on an emotional and energetic level, helping you reconnect with your natural balance and resilience.

What Are Bach Flower Remedies?

Bach Flower Remedies are made from the energetic imprint of flowers and plants. There are individual remedies, each linked to a specific emotional state, such as fear, uncertainty, sadness, anger, exhaustion or lack of confidence.

The remedies are gentle, non-toxic and safe for adults and children. They can be used on their own or alongside other wellbeing approaches.

Rather than focusing on symptoms, Bach Flowers focus on how you feel emotionally, supporting awareness, emotional regulation and inner stability.

Bach Flower Philosophy:

Dr Edward Bach believed that emotional disharmony can arise when we feel disconnected from ourselves, our values or our natural rhythm. The Bach Flower system aims to gently support emotional awareness, self-reflection and balance.

Bach Flowers are not a medical treatment. They are a complementary emotional wellbeing approach that supports people through periods of emotional challenge, personal growth or transition.

My Approach as a Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner

Each Bach Flower consultation lasts 60 minutes and offers a calm, confidential space to explore your emotional experience.

During the session, I listen carefully to how you are feeling and ask about your main emotional difficulties, personality traits and usual ways of responding to life situations. Towards the end of the consultation, I introduce and explain different Bach Flower remedies that reflect the emotional patterns and states that have emerged during our conversation. You are actively involved in the process and choose the remedies that feel most meaningful and important to you in your current life situation.

I also provide clear guidance on how to take the remedies and how to work with them in daily life.

Each consultation is individual and tailored to your current emotional needs. Sessions are available Online worldwide or face to face in Bristol, UK.

What Bach Flower Remedies May Support?

People often choose Bach Flower Remedies when they are experiencing:

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm.
  • Anxiety, fears or worries.
  • Low mood or emotional heaviness.
  • Lack of confidence or self-esteem.
  • Emotional sensitivity.
  • Difficulty with change or transitions.
  • Feeling stuck, disconnected or uncertain.

Bach Flowers can be especially helpful during emotionally demanding periods, offering gentle support without side effects.

How a Bach Flower Consultation Works:

  1. Initial consultation focused on how you are feeling emotionally and what you are currently experiencing.

  2. Personalised selection of Bach Flower remedies, based on the emotional patterns and states that emerge during the consultation.

  3. Guidance on use and follow-up. A review is usually recommended every three weeks, as this was the rhythm of emotional change observed by Dr Edward Bach, and remedies may need to be reviewed, adjusted or changed as your emotional state evolves.

  4. Preparation of your individual Bach Flower remedy blend and postage (if you would like this service, it is available for an additional £10, which includes preparation, packaging and postage).

The consultation focuses on emotional wellbeing, not diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.
